FQ autumn meeting

FQ autumn meeting was held in Dublin last 17th and 18th of October, with the presence of nearly all First Q members.

Members shared their developments from the last 6 months and their upcoming projects for the next 6 months.

The activity of the different working groups was reviewed, and also the global event “FQ around the world tour challenge”. Members would like to organize a similar event in 2025. In the period April 2024 to October 2024, as much as 52 interactions among members were carried out.

FQ aggregated turnover will rise 7% this year and hit 513 M, first time ever above 500 M€. Staff will increase by 6% up to 4,500 professionals.

The confidence of the FQ CEOs regarding the business for the next 6 months is very good, at 3.5 on a scale of 5.0.

The First Q board was renewed for the next two years, with Mirjam Borowietz, Nicolas Vyncke, Greg Hayden and Juan Gallostra (president). We also had some time to visit the very nice city of Dublin and the Guiness beer factory.

The next meeting will take place in April 2025 in Cologne, Germany.
