BACK to WORK in office buildings. Operational, re-commissioning and design protocols.
The return to the offices will be in more demanding conditions. The effectiveness and intensity of the new protection measures such as occupancy density, social distance, protection of spaces, use of masks… they depend largely on the proper functioning of the facilities.
With the application of the principles set out in this report, offices become “safe space”. Operating and maintenance protocols, access control, active hvac systems, increased ventilation, professional cleaning, smart building … We can achieve levels of security higher than those offered by urban space, public transport, and even our homes.
