JG Ingenieros has been responsible for carrying out the project of execution of installations and the technical assistance of installations in the construction management. It has also been the company responsible for leed accreditation.

This office building for rent is located on Calle Lázaro Galdiano 6 in Madrid. A comprehensive rehabilitation of the building was carried out to optimize its efficiency and sustainability.
